Plans & credits
What does "pooled" mean?
Credits pool at the organisation level, not per user. Five seats on Pro share 75 vessel screens and 25 company reports per month. Anyone on the team can use any credit - one person can run 20 screens while a colleague uses 5, without anyone being blocked.
What's included in a Vessel Screen?
Everything. One screen returns the full picture for a single IMO across 23 sections: a 10-factor risk score with sub-score breakdown, sanctions across 24 lists and 22 jurisdictions, PEP checks, ownership chain (2 layers; full 7-layer trace via Vessel Sanctions DD), PSC inspection history, CII/ESG, AIS anomalies, adverse media, Entity Score and an AI-generated explanation. Revisits to the same vessel within the billing month are free on the portal.
What's a Company Report?
A full due-diligence dossier on a maritime entity: AAA-D Entity Score, fleet risk aggregation, valuation blended across available methods, beneficial ownership chain, adverse media screening and regulatory compliance status. Uses a separate credit pool from vessel screens.
What happens when my credits run out?
Buy additional screens and reports at your tier's rate, £149/£300 on Free, £79/£225 on Scale. Org admins can set a monthly overage cap so spend never surprises anyone.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset on your billing cycle date each month. Keeps pricing simple and predictable. If you regularly use more than your allowance, upgrading is more cost-effective than buying overages.
Is there a free trial?
No paid trial. The Free tier is available indefinitely with 1 Vessel Screen/month and 1 Company Report (one-off), full access to every feature, and a £5/mo API allowance. No card to start. Buy additional Vessel Screens or Company Reports as you need them at your tier's rate, with no commitment.
API & integrations
How does API pricing work?
Every tier includes a monthly API spend allowance (£5 on Free, £25 to £300 per seat on paid plans). Calls price in four bands from £1.00 to £300 per call, by endpoint. Allowance is consumed first; after that, calls bill at the same per-call rate. Volume discounts apply from £500/month.
What counts as an API call?
One request to a REST, GraphQL or MCP endpoint counts as one call. Batch requests count as one call per item. Webhooks delivered to your system don't count. Auth, healthchecks and metadata endpoints are free.
What are the rate limits?
Scale with tier: Starter 30/min, Pro 150/min, Scale 300/min, Enterprise custom. Hitting the limit returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. Free has no API access.
Exchange
What is the Exchange?
A marketplace of peer-reviewed maritime valuation and analytics models, built by academics and industry experts. Each run is £200 (or local equivalent) on every tier. Revenue shared 50/50 with the model author.
Billing & payments
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so your allowance carries through the month.
What currencies do you support?
GBP, USD, EUR, SGD and JPY. Prices are fixed per currency (not live FX). Choose your currency at checkout; all invoices are in that currency. You can switch when changing plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex and SEPA Direct Debit via Stripe. Annual billing (20% off) on all paid plans. Enterprise can pay by bank transfer with net 30 terms.
